1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Aleš Danko s.p., operating as ClickBay Labs ("we", "us"), to the client ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide creative strategy, direct response copywriting, ad scripting, and related marketing services for e-commerce and DTC brands. The specific scope of work for each project is agreed upon in writing (email or messaging) before work begins.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. A quote is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued. Final pricing is confirmed once scope is agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms agreed per project. Standard terms are:50% upfront before work begins
50% upon delivery of final deliverablesPayment can be made via bank transfer or card. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables become your property upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, all rights remain with us. We reserve the right to use anonymized versions of the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revisions
Unless stated otherwise in the project scope, each deliverable includes one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at our hourly rate.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, brand data, and project details as confidential. We will not share your materials with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits resulting from the use of our deliverables.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Slovenia.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

RefundsBefore work begins: Full refund of any upfront payment if you cancel before we start working on your project.
Work in progress: If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for the work completed up to that point. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Delivered work: No refunds on completed and delivered work.CancellationYou may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing (email).
We require at least 48 hours' notice before a scheduled start date for a full refund of any deposit.
If we cancel or are unable to deliver, you receive a full refund of any payments made.Disputes
If you're not satisfied with a deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work to resolve the issue, which may include additional revisions at no extra charge.

Turnaround Times
Delivery timelines are agreed per project before work begins. Standard turnaround times:UGC scripts: 3–5 business days
VSL scripts: 5–7 business days
Creative strategy packages: 5–10 business days
Landing pages / advertorials: 7–10 business daysRush delivery may be available at an additional fee.
How Deliverables Are Sent
All work is delivered digitally via email or shared document links (Google Docs, PDF, or similar). No physical goods are shipped.
Delays
If we anticipate a delay, we'll notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised timeline. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials do not count toward our delivery timeline.
